We strive to give our hosts as much autonomy and independence in their work as to not impede their creative powers. But that does not mean our hosts are left to their own devices.

We have a Staff Handbook that explains the radio's procedures and processes, and we give our hosts an instructional guide to walk them through creating pre-recorded content.
